Trust

Privacy

The short version: your files never leave your device, your inputs stay in your browser, there are no accounts, and the only analytics is anonymous, aggregate usage counting. This page states exactly what that means so you can trust the tool with client models.

Your files are processed locally

G-code and STL files are parsed entirely in your browser using JavaScript running on your device. No file, filename, or file content is ever uploaded to a server. The tool works offline once loaded, and local filesystem paths are stripped from anything displayed on screen.

What is stored, and where

Calculator inputs and small preferences (such as your last-used settings) are saved to your browser’s local storage so the tool remembers them between visits. This data lives only on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it. Nothing is synced to an account or a server, because there are no accounts.

What analytics sees — and does not

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and understand which tools are used, in aggregate. It does not use advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. Critically, analytics never receives your files, filenames, customer names, or the numbers you type into the calculators. Events are coarse and anonymous — for example, that a calculation happened — not what it contained.

What we never do

Your control

You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for this domain. Because everything is local, there is nothing to request deletion of from a server.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the update will be reflected here with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
